Ellie Tapper

Ellie qualified as an osteopath and has since developed a specialist interest in the two areas she is most passionate about: paediatric care and pregnancy and postnatal support. Her additional training in cranial osteopathy allows her to work effectively with babies from just a few weeks old, using gentle, non-invasive techniques to address the physical effects of birth and early development.

For babies and young children, Ellie sees conditions including colic, feeding difficulties, torticollis, unsettledness and growing pains. She creates a calm, unhurried environment and involves parents fully throughout every appointment.

For pregnant and postnatal patients, Ellie offers specialist osteopathic support for back pain, pelvic girdle pain, rib discomfort and the wide range of musculoskeletal changes that come with pregnancy and recovery after birth. She also has an interest in hypermobility and headaches.

Ellie is also a qualified Pilates instructor and is passionate about the role of movement in long-term health and recovery.
