How do I pay?
Payment is taken on the day of your appointment. We accept card payments, bank transfer and cash. You will receive a full invoice by email after each appointment.
What is your cancellation policy?
We ask for at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. We understand that things happen unexpectedly and will always try to be flexible where we can.
Why is the first appointment more expensive?
First appointments are longer than follow-up appointments. The additional time allows us to take a thorough case history, carry out a full assessment and begin treatment, all within the same session. This is essential for understanding your problem properly and planning your care effectively.
Is there a free initial consultation?
Yes. We offer a free 15-minute telephone consultation for anyone who is unsure which treatment or practitioner is right for them. This is a great opportunity to ask questions and find out whether Oak Park Clinic is the right fit for your needs before committing to a full appointment.
