Who we are looking for

Oak Park Clinic is more than a collection of treatment rooms. It is a community of practitioners who genuinely care about their patients and about each other. We are built on shared values: clear communication, honesty, person-centred care and a commitment to long-term results over quick fixes.

We are not always actively recruiting, but we are always open to meeting the right person. If you are a qualified practitioner who shares our values and is looking for a clinic where quality of care comes first, we would love to hear from you.

The right person for Oak Park is someone who is excellent at what they do, genuinely curious about their patients and motivated by getting it right rather than getting through the day.

Monthly 1:1 mentoring

Every member of the clinical team has a monthly one-to-one with Nicola. This is protected time for professional development, case discussion and support.

Quarterly team events

Every three months we get together as a team outside of clinic. These events are important to us and reflect the kind of culture we have worked hard to build.

We are honest with patients and with each other. Clear communication and mutual respect are not aspirations here, they are how we actually operate.

Beautiful location

Based in the historic Old Parsonage in Crondall village with free parking, a calm environment and easy access from Farnham, Fleet and Hook.

Osteopath

We are interested in hearing from GOsC-registered osteopaths with a genuine interest in working as part of a collaborative, multidisciplinary team. A special interest in any area of practice is welcome.
