Mark is a fun, engaging, and deeply knowledgeable trainer who has helped hundreds of families feel more confident in emergencies.

This relaxed and practical 2-hour course is designed for parents, carers, and family members of young children. Whether you're refreshing your knowledge or starting from scratch. Together, we'll cover:

• Making an effective 999 call

• Managing an unconscious child or baby

• Child & baby resuscitation

• Choking

• Head injuries

• Febrile convulsions & seizures

• Anaphylaxis and auto-injector use

• Plus, time for your questions and family-specific concern
