What’s Included in Your Re:Connect Retreat Day

Your Re:Connect experience is a carefully curated full-day retreat designed to support your wellbeing from multiple angles — physical, mental and emotional. Every element of the day has been intentionally chosen to help you reset, recharge and step into the year ahead feeling grounded and clear.

Therapeutic Wellbeing Workshop: The Levers Theory

At the heart of the day is our guided workshop based on Dr Rangan Chatterjee’s Four Pillars of Health. This reflective and practical session helps you understand how small daily lifestyle choices can create powerful, sustainable improvements in your health.

You’ll be supported to:

  • Explore the key lifestyle “levers” that influence wellbeing

  • Reflect on your current habits and identify what matters most right now

  • Create a personalised, realistic action plan for the months ahead

This session bridges the gap between insight and action, giving you clarity, confidence and tools you can continue to use long after the retreat.

Movement & Nervous System Support

  • Invigorating Pilates to gently energise your body, release tension and boost natural energy

  • Guided breathwork to calm the nervous system and deepen relaxation

  • Restorative yoga to close the day, supporting deep release and integration

Each movement practice is accessible, supportive and designed to meet you where you are.

Mindful Outdoor Walk

A slow, grounding walk to reconnect with your senses, create space for reflection and support mental clarity.

Nourishing Brunch

A pre-ordered brunch at a nearby café, ready and waiting for you. A moment to pause, refuel and connect with others in a relaxed setting.

Connection & Community

A supportive, welcoming environment shared with like-minded people who value wellbeing, growth and creating meaningful space for themselves.

30-Minute Massage Voucher

Included in your retreat is a 30-minute massage voucher, redeemable at Oak Park Clinic in the month following the retreat. This allows your body to continue the reset and helps support integration of the benefits from the day.
