Individuals react in different ways to different treatments. Some people feel very energised others quite sleepy. It is not unusual to feel a bit achy for a day or two afterwards, as you might after exercise. The best way to help your body make the most of your treatment is to drink plenty of water afterwards and get a nice early night. It is worth paying attention to how you feel post-treatment and discussing anything you noticed with your practitioner at your next appointment so they can adjust their treatments to best suit you as an individual.
